The New Proposed Overtime Regulations – Make Your Voice Heard
The Restaurant Law Center will host a webinar on the U.S. Department of Labor’s new proposed overtime regulations, which have a comment period ending on November 7, 2023. Angelo Amador, Executive Director of the Restaurant Law Center will moderate a panel with James A. Paretti Jr., Shareholder with Law Firm Partner Littler Mendelson P.C., who will discuss what is the proposed rules and legal issues with the proposal. Another guest speaker will be Jordan Heiliczer, Labor & Workforce Policy Director for the National Restaurant Association. She will highlight some of the work the Association has done in this policy area, request your feedback, and explain how you can have your voice and concerns heard by the regulatory agency.
