PFAs Litigation and Policy Concerns
Regulators across the country are increasingly focused on PFAs or “forever chemicals” that may end up in soil and water and which pose complex cleanup challenges. Join Laura Abshire, Director of Sustainability Policy for the National Restaurant Association, and attorneys Sascha Henry and Jeffrey Parker from law firm Sheppard Mullin for a discussion and review of recent class actions and their case theories, as well as National Restaurant Association policy work relating to PFAs chemicals.
