The RLC filed an amicus brief in support of DOL’s new rule expanding the ability of small businesses to obtain healthcare coverage for their workers through association health plans (AHPs). The rule is being challenged by a group of state Democratic Attorneys General. The RLC supported DOL’s request to dismiss the legal challenge.
