On August 7, 2020, the Restaurant Law Center, International Franchise Association, and others filed a brief to appeal the court’s decision to uphold a New York City ordinance (Fair Workweek Law) that requires employers to finalize work schedules at least three weeks in advance for fast food restaurants.
