PFAs Litigation and Policy Concerns

Regulators across the country are increasingly focused on PFAs or “forever chemicals” that may end up in soil and water and which pose complex cleanup challenges. A recent article raised concerns about the presence of these chemicals in quick services restaurant packaging.  Lawsuits have now been filed against restaurants involving PFAS packaging.
