Issue

The owner of SA Palm Beach LLC, a Florida restaurant, filed an appeal with the Eleventh Circuit to revisit its proposed class action seeking coverage for losses caused by shutdown orders, asking the court to certify insurance questions to Florida’s high court and arguing that the district court failed to follow the state’s binding case law.
